Water in Watercolour with Nora Gross

September 28th, 29th & 30th, 2007

If you have been traveling the same path in watercolour, isn't it time to look at another route to success?  The most important word in watercolour is the word "water".  The colour comes in a tube-it can take care of itself  BUT  how much water, when to add more, when to mop it up or drain it off the paper, when a blossom is just where you want it to happen, these are ideas that we will explore.

Along with traditional approaches to the medium, come prepared to slap and dash on water and throw in paint to free the inner child and delight in the spontaneous way you can achieve a beautiful background with minimal effort.  There is no such thing as a mistake, they are 'learning experiences' and the more of those you make, the faster you learn how to rein in this galloping medium. Get ready to spread your wings.

If you have any questions, you may contact the instructor, Nora Gross (  ).
